About Me.
Welcome to my site, I have 42+ years in the safe delivery of natural gas from my beginnings as a apprentice in Pressure Management in Northwest Gas to Supervision and authorising engineer with Cadent Gas.
During my career I have been Involved in all pressure regimes from High Pressure National Offtakes to medium/low pressure service regulators and everything in between.
Since leaving Cadent Gas PLC I have worked on a number of projects as Permit Holder from 7bar Pipeline repairs to supervising tree clearance around High pressure pipelines, pipeline Inspections over railways/ waterways and medium term fencing projects on disused gas holder sites, new surface water drainage project on Cadent operational site, and kiosk replacement projects in the Northwest area.
I am now available to carry out Competent Person work for all Permits to Work/Forms of Authority/Non-Routine Operations throughout the Cadent Gas Network for Network Maintenance Activities
